4.) All motor vehicles are awarded in “As is Condition”, Vehicles may have promotional miles.
5.) Winners are responsible for remitting federal income tax and all applicable state taxes on the prizes they have won. There is no requirement to pay taxes upfront in order to collect your prize; you will receive it as per the agreed-upon terms.
6.) Winners will be drawn LIVE on Facebook and posted on our website.
7.) By entering you permit & give permission to Punch 4 Parkinson’s its sponsors, and its third parties to use your information in future promotions and offers. This includes the consent for email and sms marketing.
8.) International participants must complete all required tax and income filings in their home country. They are also responsible for all export, customs, and international shipping fees. All international winners must claim their prize in person.
9.) Filing a chargeback automatically removes your eligibility for all prizes and memberships.

To enter without making a purchase, on an index card of 3”x5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code. Then, on the opposite side of your entry, in at least 20 words complete the sentence: “I want to win this NISSAN SKYLINE GTT R34 Platinum because…”. Send it with a handwritten, self addressed stamped envelope with postage affixed and mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Punch 4 Parkinson’s 466 High Plain Street, Walpole, MA 02081 USA. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mailed entries received without a verifiable and legible return address will be deemed incomplete and invalid. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entries, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Statements contained in mail-in entries will not be judged but must be unique; Statements must not in any way reflect negatively upon Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity. Entries that are postmarked by March 23rd, 2026 and received by March 26th, 2026 will be eligible for the random drawing. Each mail-in envelope will count as 1 entry, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements.
Random Live Drawing: A live drawing will be conducted on April, 2nd 2026 from among all eligible entries received (purchase and mail-in). The random live drawing will be conducted by Punch 4 Parkinson’s (the “Administrator”) Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible online purchase and mail-in entries received.
